JAKARTA – PT Segar Kumala Indonesia Tbk (BUAH) has allocated 59% of 2023 net profit as cash dividend, equal to IDR 23 billion in total. 

With total listed shares as of March 2024 of 1 billion shares, the dividend allocated for the fiscal year 2023 is IDR 23 per share.

Compared to the fiscal year 2022, all aspects of dividend of BUAH increase, including its Dividend Payout Ratio, which rises from 52.6% to 59%, as well as its dividend from IDR 14 billion or IDR 14 per share in the fiscal year 2022 to IDR 23 billion or IDR 23 per share in the fiscal year 2023.

The dividend increase is in line with BUAH's profit surge, increasing 45.7% year-on-year (yoy) to IDR 38.8 billion as of December 2023 from IDR 26.6 billion seen in the same period in 2022.

BUAH's sales were also seen skyrocketing by IDR 400 billion, from IDR 1.38 trillion in 2022 to IDR 1.78 trillion last December. The growth in both operational and financial aspects of the company is said to be the result of optimisation and effective strategies across all business process.
