JAKARTA - Foreign investor CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd sold 230 million shares of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) on Monday, April 29. Through this transaction, which was led by PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia, the investor's share portion fell from 10.49% to 8.43%. Indonesian Paradise itself is an issuer that provides accommodation services. Aside from that, PT Aladin Global Ventures released approximately 18.62 million shares of the banking company PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk.

In contrast, several investors appeared to be buying and selling shares of PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO), an aerosol producer for cosmetics and household equipment. First, PT Trukindo Persada Sejahtera increased its stake by 12 million in EURO or 6.09%. However, PT Bersama Jaya Solusi sold 12.80 million shares, followed by PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia with 3.47 million shares. PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA) shares are traded in the mining and energy sectors. PT Bersama Jaya Solusi bought 7.24 million shares of this oil and gas consulting company, while PT Fersindo Nusa Jaya sold 5.80 million shares of ITMA.

In addition, SMMA's majority shareholder, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, increased its stake in financial services provider PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) by 15.03 million shares. This investment raises the controlling share percentage from 51.48% to 51.72%. The mining holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) then bought back 10 million of its own shares, while PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk increased its stake in PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk (MTWI) by 1.50 million shares.
