JAKARTA - PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) distributed dividends for the fiscal year 2023, 66.6% higher than the same period last year. This is in line with the 15.68% growth in attributable net profit last year.

Suresh Vembu, Director of AKRA, said that the dividend for fiscal year 2023 amounted to IDR 125 per share, consisting of an interim dividend of IDR 75 and a cash dividend of IDR 50 per share. "The results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) determined a total dividend of IDR 2.46 trillion," he said as quoted from the minutes of the AGM, Thursday (2/5).

The total dividends for the fiscal year 2023 amounted to IDR 2.46 trillion, consisting of interim dividends for the fiscal year of IDR 1.48 trillion and dividends paid based on the Register of Shareholders (DPS) of IDR 986.85 billion.

The dividend allocation refers to attributable profit of IDR 2.78 trillion, retained earnings balance of IDR 9.39 trillion, and total equity of IDR 14.04 trillion.

The cum and ex dividends on the regular and negotiation markets are scheduled on (8/5 and 13/5), cum and ex dividends on the cash market on (14-15/5), and dividend payments on (27/5) referring to the recording date as of (14/5).

In fiscal year 2022, the company has allocated dividends of IDR 1.48 trillion or IDR 75 per share, consisting of an interim dividend of IDR 493.42 billion and a final dividend of IDR 986.85 billion.

The company's attributable net profit was recorded at IDR 2.40 trillion, retained earnings balance at IDR 922.84 billion, and total equity at IDR 13.15 trillion. (LK/LM)
