JAKARTA - Shareholders of PT Sekar Laut Tbk (SKLT) agreed to allocate a total dividend for the 2023 fiscal year of IDR 31.11 billion, higher than the same period in 2022 of IDR 16.78 billion.

In the disclosure of information quoted on Friday (3/5), John Gozal, Director of SKLT said that the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) yesterday (30/4) set a dividend of IDR 5 per share. Net profit was attributed to IDR 78.08 billion, retained earnings balance of IDR 357.77 billion, and total equity of IDR 816.94 billion.

The cum and ex dividends on the regular and negotiation markets are scheduled for (13 and 14/5), cum and ex dividends on the cash market on (15 and 16/5), and dividend payments on (31/5) referring to the recording date (15/5).

For your information, the issuer distributed dividends for the fiscal year 2022 amounting to IDR 16.78 billion or IDR 27 per share. Net profit attributable as much as IDR 75.15 billion, retained earnings balance of IDR 289.97 billion, and total equity of IDR 590.75 billion. (LK/LM)
