UBS AG Singapore invests in BISI International (BISI) and now controls 5.27%
JAKARTA - On Thursday, May 2, a foreign investor named UBS AG Singapore Non-Treaty Omnibus Account - 2091144090 made a new investment in PT BISI International Tbk (BISI). The investor acquired 157.95 million shares of this agricultural issuer, giving it an immediate share ownership of 5.27%. The same investor was also observed purchasing 5.60 million additional shares in the agricultural firm PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN), resulting in a rise in the share percentage from 5.95 to 5.98%.
Aside from that, another new investor, UOB Kay Hian Private Ltd., purchased 144.77 million shares of PT Nusantara Pelabuhan Handal Tbk (PORT), resulting in a 5.14% stake. In the coal mining sector, the holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) has conducted another share buyback of 10 million shares. PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) individual investor, Edwin Soeryadjaya, then increased his stake in this investment company by 2.05 million shares.
On the other hand, the sale of 90 million shares of advertising company PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH) by PT Investasi Sukses Bersama kicked off this round of share reductions. This was followed by PT Trukindo Persada Sejahtera, which sold 15.02 million shares of PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO), an aerosol company for cosmetics and household products. Tan John Tanuwijaya, an individual investor in the foundation specialist company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR), then decreased his stake by 7.70 million shares. In a smaller volume, PT Sumber Teknologi Mulia released 4.57 million shares of the financial services company PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk (BHAT), while PT Lembur Sadaya Investama sold 3.07 million shares of the Muslim fashion retail company PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk.
