Mitrabara Adiperdana to channel cash dividend of IDR 78.54 billion
JAKARTA. PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk (MBAP), a coal mining company under Baramulti Group, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 78.54 billion or IDR 64 per share.
Chandra Lautan, Corporate Secretary of MBAP, confirmed that the amount of allocated cash dividend had been approved during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the company. "It is in line with the result of the Annual GMS on May 2, 2024," he said in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The cash dividend will be given to MBAP's shareholders, whose names have been officially registered by the recording date on May 16, 2024. The payment will then follow on May 21, 2024.
According to IDNFinancials data, MBAP scored USD 21.69 million in 2023. In addition, it also recorded retained earnings of USD 142.88 million, while its equity was reported at USD 172.78 million.
As of March 31, 2024, 60% of MBAP was still under the control of Wahana Sentosa Cemerlang. Then, another 30% belong to PT Wahana Batubara Indonesia, followed by public investors of 9.71%, leaving the remainder to several directors and commissioners of the company. (KR/ZH)
