JAKARTA - PT Shima Global Kapital, the owner of 23.81% of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), reduced its shareholding on Friday, May 3, by selling 90.55 million ENRG shares. Shima Global's ownership of this issuer, which operates in the field of oil and gas exploration and trading, fell slightly to 23.45% due to this sale facilitated by PT KB Valbury Sekuritas.
