JAKARTA. PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR), a state-owned enterprise (SOE) engaged in the operation of several toll roads, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 274.8 billion that is taken out of its 2023 net profit.

Nixon Sitorus, Corporate Secretary of JSMR, confirmed that the amount of cash dividend allocated by the company is equal to 4.04% of total net profit in 2023. “It is according to the result of AGMS dated May 8, 2024,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The cash dividend will be disbursed to shareholders whose names have been officially registered by the recording date on May 22, 2024. Then, the cash dividend payment is scheduled to be paid on June 7, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, JSMR scored net profit of IDR 6.79 trillion in 2023. In addition, the company also reported unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 6.51 trillion and total equity of IDR 38.9 trillion.

At today’s (13/5) session, until 2.49 PM WIB, JSMR’s stock price has shifted 100 points or 1.92% down to IDR 5,100. However, since the beginning of this year, it has actually grown 250 points or 5.15%. (KR/ZH)
