JAKARTA - PT Mandiri Herindo Adiperkasa Tbk (MAHA) allocates 75.13% of net profit attributable to the parent company as cash dividend in the fiscal year (FY) 2023.

As quoted from the information disclosure today (14/5), Ivan Darwin, Corporate Secretary of MAHA, confirmed that the allocated dividend is set to IDR 199.99 billion or IDR 12 per share. The dividend allocation is made based on the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 266.18 billion, retained earnings of IDR 64.84 billion, and total equity of IDR 1.80 trillion.

The dividend will be paid out on June 3, according to the Official Register of Shareholders by the recording date on May 22. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled to May 20 and 21, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on May 22 and 27.

The issuer debuted on the stock market on July 25, 2023, by listing 16.11 billion shares, which consist of 12.5 billion units of founder’s shares, and 4.16 billion shares of public investors. The stock price during the initial public offering (IPO) was set to IDR 118, with a face value of IDR 60. (LK/ZH)
