JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA) have agreed upon the dividend allocation for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of IDR 70.1 billion, or equal to IDR 29 per share, on the AGMS held today (14/5).

According to the press release, NRCA reported net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 99.51 billion as of December 2023. In other words, NRCA allocates approximately 70.45% of its 2023 net profit as cash dividend to its shareholders.

Although the net profit significantly rose by up to 33.3% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 74,67 billion in 2022, the dividend per share of NRCA seemingly shrinks compared to last fiscal year’s allocation. In June 2023, NRCA distributed dividend for FY 2022 of IDR 42 per share.

Referring to NRCA’s stock price until the closing of today’s (14/5) session at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), of IDR 354 per share, the dividend yield reaches 8.2%.

According to the press release, until May 2024, NRCA has secured new contracts worth IDR 1.5 trillion from commissions of several projects, including the construction of Mayapada Hospital at IKN, Hampton Square South Tangerang, Dipo Center Jakarta, Ellipse Project SAS Fase I Karawang, etc. (ZH)
