JAKARTA. PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOMF), widely known as WOM Finance, reported a shy climb of 0.24% year-on-year (yoy) in its net profit in Q1 2024 to IDR 62.81 billion.

Said growth is in line with WOM Finance’s revenue that reached IDR 539.59 billion in Q1 2024. Compared to the same quarter last year, its revenue only grew 15% yoy or from IDR 468.85 billion.

WOM Finance’s revenue in Q1 2024 was made up from consumer financing and finance leasing of IDR 453.86 billion, interest income of IDR 2.94 billion, administration of IDR 9.2 billion, and others of IDR 73.59 billion.

Until March 31, 2024, WOM Finance’s total assets rose 2.71% yoy to IDR 6.82 trillion. Meanwhile, its total equity clocked up to IDR 1.69 trillion.

At yesterday’s (15/5) trading, WOM Finance saw a weakening of 20 points or 5.43% in its stock price to IDR 368 per share. However, within the past year, the stock price has grown 42 points or 12.88% higher. (KR/ZH)
