JAKARTA - PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) sets aside 96.56% of its net profit in 2023 as cash dividend, lower than the allocation made for the fiscal year (FY) 2022 of 99.18%.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (16/5), this company will pay its shareholders total dividend of IDR 918 billion, consisting of interim dividend of IDR 378 billion or IDR 12.6 per share, and cash dividend of IDR 540 billion or IDR 18 per share.

The dividend will then be distributed on June 6, referring to the Official Register of Shareholders as of May 29. The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 27 and 28, followed by the cum and ex dividend date in the cash market on May 29 and 30.

The dividend allocation of SIDO is made based on its net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 950.64 billion, retained earnings of IDR 911.15 billion, and total equity of IDR 3.38 trillion.

In 2022, the company allocated cash dividend of IDR 1.09 trillion, consisting of interim dividend of IDR 405 billion or IDR 13.5 per share, and cash dividend of IDR 690 billion or IDR 23 per share. In 2022, the net profit attributable to the parent company was at IDR 1.10 trillion, while retained earnings reached IDR 1.03 trillion, and total equity clocked up to IDR 3.50 trillion. (LK/ZH)
