JAKARTA - PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (MIDI), the managing company of Alfamidi convenience store network, sets aside 30% of its 2023 net profit as dividend, stable compared to 2022 net profit.

Based on IDNFinancials data today (20/5), 2023 dividend was set to IDR 155.47 billion or IDR 4.65 per share, taken out of its net profit of IDR 516.65 billion. For retained earnings, they were recorded at IDR 1.97 trillion, while total equity reached IDR 3.91 trillion.

The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market has been set to May 28 and 29, followed by cum and ex dividend date in the cash market on May 30 and 31. The dividend payment is due on June 13, referring to the recording date of Official Register of Shareholders as of May 30.

In 2022, the company distributed dividend of IDR 119.90 billion or IDR 4.16 per share, taken out of its net profit of IDR 398.91 billion. Retained earnings were recorded at IDR 1.58 trillion, while total equity reached IDR 1.98 trillion. (LK/ZH)
