JAKARTA – After a year in the stock market, PT Sepeda Bersama Indonesia Tbk (BIKE) has decided to set up dividend of the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of IDR 12.93 billion, which is equal to 67.37% of total net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 19.20 billion.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (20/5), the amount of dividend is approximately IDR 10 per share, which will be distributed to shareholders, according to the Official Register of Shareholders as of the recording date on May 30.

The remaining net profit, after setting a portion aside for cash dividend, will be allocated as unrestricted retained earnings.

In 2023, it reported revenue of IDR 430.28 billion, up from IDR 225.81 billion in 2022, while its gross profit grew from IDR 34.41 billion to IDR 44.85 billion.

In Q1 2024, BIKE collected revenue of IDR 54.58 billion, dropping 65.49% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 158.19 billion in the same quarter in 2023. The gross profit also slipped to IDR 6.74 billion from IDR 9.43 billion, while the current year’s net profit followed the trend, shrinking from IDR 5.93 billion to IDR 1.21 billion. (LK/ZH)
