JAKARTA - PT Mitra Angkasa Sejahtera Tbk (BAUT) sets aside 20% of net profit in 2023 as dividend. This allocation is similar to the allocation made in the fiscal year (FY) 2022. However, the amount is shrinking, following the decrease of net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2023.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (21/5), the issuer is confirmed to distribute dividend of IDR 1.02 trillion on June 20. The shareholders eligible for dividend are those listed under Official Register of Shareholders as of May 31. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market was scheduled on May 29 nd 30, followed by the cum and ex dividend date in the cash market on May 31 and June 3.

The dividend allocation refers to its net profit in FY 2023 of IDR 5.13 trillion. Another IDR 500 million was allocated as general reserves, leaving the remaining amount as retained earnings.

In FY 2022, BAUT allocates dividend of IDR 1.28 trillion out of its net profit of IDR 6.44 trillion. It also reported the allocation of IDR 500 million as general reserves, while the remaining amount is stored as retained earnings. (LK/ZH)
