JAKARTA - PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB) collected IDR 14.35 trillion in Third Party Funds (DPK) and net credit distribution of IDR 8.86 trillion throughout the first quarter of 2024. The current account and savings accounts (CASA) ratio is approximately 27.60% of the total DPK.

Aditya Windarwo, Business Director of Bank Neo Commerce (BNC) said that savings rose 16.17% to IDR 3.54 trillion from IDR 3.05 trillion and deposits fell 3.59% to IDR 10.39 trillion from IDR 10.77 trillion. "BNC can immediately increase its credit distribution and achieve positive performance," he said in a press release quoted on Wednesday (22/5).

In the first quarter of 2024, this issuer distributed credit of IDR 9.39 trillion, not including reserves for impairment losses of IDR 526.48 billion. Meanwhile, non-performing loans (NPL) were 1.30%, an improvement from the previous 2.67% in the same period last year. "The company focuses on providing quality credit and is selective in its distribution," he said.

BNC posted net interest income of IDR 773.27 billion, up from IDR 622.27 billion in the first quarter of 2023. Net profit of IDR 14.23 billion, up from a net loss of IDR 68.40 billion. (LK/LM)
