JAKARTA - PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk (PSSI) sets up dividend of the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of IDR 215.06 billion, which will be distributed on June 20, referring to the recording date of Official Register of Shareholders on June 3. The dividend in 2023 is slightly lower compared to the dividend set in FY 2022.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (22/5), the dividend per share is set to IDR 48 per share. The net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2023 was IDR 661.20 billion, while retained earnings were at IDR 380.67 billion, and total equity clocked up to IDR 2.73 trillion.

For the cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 29 and 30, while the cum and ex dividend date in the cash market follows on May 31 and June 3.

In FY 2022, the issuer allocates dividend of IDR 260.82 billion or IDR 50 per share. Said dividend allocation is made based on the net profit of USD 42.20 million, retained earnings of USD 90.54 million, and total equity of USD 145.87 million. (LK/ZH)
