Samuel Tumbuh Bersama acquires 1.1 billion shares of Nusantara Sawit (NSSS)
JAKARTA - After collecting 1.7 billion shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) on the previous trading day, PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama increased its stake in this palm oil producer by 1.1 billion shares. On Thursday, May 16, the shareholding of this investor's shares increased from 7.19% to 11.81%. On the other hand, PT Mitra Agro Dharma Unggul, the owner of 37% of NSSS, reduced its shareholding by 1.1 billion shares, leaving it with approximately 32.54%.
Furthermore, Liliawati Rahardjo increased her stake in property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) by approximately 15 million shares, though the percentage increase was only 5.15% to 5.24%. PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, a controlling shareholder, increased its stake in financial services provider PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) by 3.06 million shares, while PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), a coal mining holding company, bought back 8 million shares. PT Arthakencana Rayatama also purchased approximately 2.61 million shares of the fuel oil distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA).
On the other hand, PT Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara, which owns 74% of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET), sold 100 million shares of this information technology company. In the construction sector, the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor's Office's Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes released approximately 60.21 million shares of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS), also known as Totalindo. PT Sentra Investa Maksima then sold 23.60 million shares of PT Lavender Bina Cendikia (BMBL), an education-focused issuer. Finally, Tan John Tanuwijaya, an individual investor, sold over 19 million shares of the foundation specialist company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR). (KD)
