JAKARTA - On Monday, May 20, foreign company MB Investment Management Pte Ltd made a new investment in PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR) by purchasing approximately 1.77 billion shares. The transaction, facilitated by PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia, gave the Singaporean investor immediate control of 27.49%. Another foreign investor, Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd, then increased its stake in pharmaceutical company PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) by nearly 50 million shares.

Furthermore, the coal mining holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) was still conducting a share buyback of 12 million shares. In comparison, famous investor Lo Kheng Hong increased his stake in the investment company PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM) by 643 thousand shares. In the oil and gas exploration sector, PT Shima Global Kapital transferred 32.32 million PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) shares to PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia.

Conversely, it was noted that PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses had sold 27.30 million shares of PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk, a company that provides management consulting and advertising services (DOOH). Tan John Tanuwijaya subsequently sold 19.36 million shares of PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR), a foundation specialist company. The Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia also continued to lower its stake in the construction company PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS), this time by 15.68 million shares, while PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala is selling 3.56 million shares of the financial services provider PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA).
