JAKARTA - PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (NCKL) and Hong Kong Blue Whale International Limited (HKBWI) establish two joint ventures, called PT Cipta Kemakmuran Mitra (CKM) and PT Bhakti Bumi Sentosa (BBS). NCKL and HKBWI are not affiliated.

In the information disclosure quoted Monday (27/5), Franssoka Y Sumarwi, Corporate Secretary of NCKL, confirmed that the company owns 40% of total issued and paid-up capital of CKM worth IDR 4 billion, leaving the remaining 60% to HKBWI. The company issues 10,100 shares worth IDR 10.10 billion in total.

In the meantime, NCKL also establishes BBS through one of its subsidiaries, PT Halmahera Persada Lygend (HPL), along with HKBWI. HPL claims control over 94.24% of BBS’s issued and paid-up capital of IDR 21.02 billion, leaving the remaining 5.76% to KHBWI. BBS’s shares reportedly reached 22,311 shares worth IDR 22.31 billion.
