JAKARTA - PT Mitra Investindo Tbk (MITI) teams up with Interra Resources Ltd (IRL) to establish a joint venture to manage the Silica sand business.

In an information disclosure quoted on Tuesday (28/5), Andreas Tjahjadi, President Direcotor of MITI, said that his party and IRL had signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint venture. "The signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the company's progress, and the proposed cooperation will provide the company with a new source of income," he said.

According to him, the MoU is valid for 12 months since it was signed today (28/5). (LK/LM)
