Wismilak Inti Makmur will distribute IDR 222.32 billion cash dividends
JAKARTA. PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk (WIIM), a cigarette manufacturer operating since 1962, will distribute cash dividends of IDR 222.32 billion or IDR 107.1 per share from net profit for the 2023 fiscal year.
Surjanto Yasaputera, Corporate Secretary of WIIM, said that the amount of dividends distributed by the company is equivalent to 44.97% of the net profit for the 2023 fiscal year. "In accordance with the results of the Annual GMS on May 27, 2024," said Yasaputera, in an information disclosure on the Indonesian Stock Exchange ( IDX).
Cash dividends will be distributed to WIIM shareholders, whose names were recorded at the recording date on June 6, 2024. Cash dividend payment is scheduled for June 28, 2024.
According to idnfinancials.com data, WIIM's net profit was recorded at IDR 494.31 billion as of December 31 2023. The company also has a retained earnings balance of IDR 1.32 trillion and total equity of IDR 1.85 trillion.
As of May 6 2024, 25.48% of WIIM shares are controlled by Indahtati Widjajadi and 15.18% of shares are owned by Stephen Walla. Ronald Walla is recorded as owning 15.18% of the shares, Sugito Winarko 7.3%, public investors 32.98%, and the remaining 1.15% is treasury shares. (KR/LM)
