JAKARTA. PT Bank Mestika Dharma Tbk (BBMD), will channel out cash dividend of IDR 138 billion or IDR 138 billion or IDR 34.27 per share taken out of its 2023 net profit.

Suharto Kurniawan, Corporate Secetary of BBMD, mentioned that the allocated cash dividend is equal to 33.16% of its net profit in 2023. "It follows the result of Annual GMS on May 27, 2024," he said in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). 

For the record, the total dividend and dividend per share of BBMD for the fiscal year 2023 do not change from the allocation in the previous fiscal year. 

Throughout 2023, BBMD booked net profit of IDR 416.1 billion. Its net profit went down 20.48% year-on-year (yoy), or from the previous fiscal year, amounting to IDR 523.28 billion.

BBMD's cash dividend will be distributed to shareholders listed by the recording date on June 6, 2024. Meanwhile, the dividend payment is scheduled on June 27, 2024. (KR/ZH)
