JAKARTA - PT Bisi Internasional Tbk (BISI) is setting aside IDR 240 billion as dividend for the fiscal year 2023, up 17.64% from IDR 204 billion allocated in 2022. This dividend increase follows the uptrend of net profit attributable to the parent entity within the past three years.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (29/5), the issuer plans to distribute dividend of IDR 80 per share to shareholders listed under Official Register of Shareholders as of June 6. The ex and cum dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled on June 4 and 5, while the ex and cum dividend date in the cash market follows on June 6 and 7.

The dividend allocation is equal to approximately 40.29% of net profit of 2023 of IDR 595.62 billion, followed by retained earnings of IDR 2.98 trillion, and total equity of IDR 3.44 trillion.

Both in 2022 and 2021, the company paid dividend of IDR 204 billion or IDR 68 per share each year. For the fiscal year 2022, dividend payout ratio of BISI was reported at 38.77% of net profit of IDR 526.13 billion. Retained earnings and total equity were reported at IDR 2.58 trillion and IDR 3.05 trillion.

In 2021, it allocated 53.57% of its net profit worth a total of IDR 380.80 billion. Retained earnings were also at IDR 2.26 trillion, while total equity clocked up to IDR 2.72 trillion. (LK/ZH)
