JAKARTA. PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), an energy company under Sinarmas Group, will issue Shelf-Registration Bond I Phase II Year 2024 and Shelf-Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase II Year 2024 with total principal of IDR 1.5 trillion.

The upcoming bond of DSSA has a total principal of IDR 1.05 trillion, split into three series with coupons varying between 7.50% and 9% per annum, and tenors starting from 70 days to 5 years.

Meanwhile, sukuk mudharabah has a total principal of IDR 447.48 billion. The sukuk mudharabah will also be divided into 3 series, with indications of profit-sharing rate equivalent to 7.50-9% per annum.

According to the issued prospectus, DSSA plans to allocate 70% of the proceeds of bond and sukuk issuance to expand internet service coverage of its subsidiary, PT Eka Mas Republik (EMR). According to IDNFinancials data, EMR is a company engaged in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) service under the brand MyRepublic.

The remainder of the proceeds of bond and sukuk mudharabah issuance will then be allocated for working capital, as well as funding general activities of the company.

Several parties assigned as underwriters for this bond and sukuk mudharabah issuance are PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia, PT BCA Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM). Meanwhile, PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) will be appointed as trustee.

The public offering of bond and sukuk mudharabah of DSSA will take place from May 20 to 31, 2024. Electronic distribution of these securities is set to June 5, 2024, followed by the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange on June 6, 2024. (KR/ZH)
