JAKARTA - PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO), bottled mineral water manufacturer under Tanobel Group, prepares cash dividend distribution of IDR 60 billion for the fiscal year (FY) 2023.

Said dividend is equal to 20% of net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2023 of IDR 306 billion. With listed shares of approximately 12 billion shares, the dividend per share is set to IDR 5.

This amount is a huge jump from the dividend of IDR 1.65 per share distributed in the fiscal year 2022. However, in fact, referring to CLEO’s stock price of IDR 1,320 per share as of 2.58 WIB today (30/5), its dividend yield only reaches 0.4%.

The dividend increase also follows CLEO’s upturn in profit, which continues to grow by double digit in percentage, reaching 66% year-on-year (yoy) to IDR 324 billion in 2023.

Until April 2024, PT Tancorp Global Abadi still controlled 55.8% of CLEO’s shares followed by PT Tancorp Global of 21.1% and public investors of 21.7%. The remaining portion was shared among directors and commissioners of CLEO. (ZH)
