JAKARTA. PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR), an independent electricity provider with the longest operational period in Indonesia, plans a final dividend distribution of USD 43.12 million or IDR 43.91 per share.

Ko Rina, Investor Relations & Corporate Finance Manager of POWR, mentioned that said final dividend will be added into the total cash dividend distributed in the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of USD 73.13 million, which are equal to 95% of net profit of 2023.

“It follows the result of Annual GMS on May 29, 2024,” said Rina in the official statement.

It is worth mentioning that POWR had previously distributed interim dividend of USD 30 million on December 22, 2023. The interim and final dividend allocation is decided accordingly to treasury shares recorded by the company.

According to IDNFinancials data, POWR scored net profit of USD 76.97 million in 2023. The remaining net profit, of USD 76.97 thousand, are stored as general reserves, while another USD 3.77 million are set aside as retained earnings.

Final dividend will be given to POWR’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on June 10, 2024, while the final dividend payment is due June 25, 2024. (KR/ZH)
