JAKARTA – PT Mastersystem Infotama Tbk (MSTI) allocates dividend of IDR 313.38 billion for the fiscal year (FY) 2023. This is the first dividend distribution of MSTI since its debut on the stock exchange on November 7, 2023.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (31/5), Joe Halim, Director of MITI, mentioned that the dividend will be given on June 28, 2024, worth IDR 99.84 per share.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 5 and 6, while the cum and ex dividend date in the cash market follows on June 7 and 10. The recording date is set to June 7.

The allocation of dividend is decided referring to its net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 447.72 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.24 trillion, and total equity of IDR 1.94 trillion. (LK/ZH)
