JAKARTA. PT Merck Tbk (MERK), a pharmaceutical company under Merck Group, announces its plan of dividend distribution of IDR 143.36 billion or IDR 320 per share taken out of its net profit of 2023.

The cash dividend that will be distributed by MERK is equal to 80.4% of its 2023 net profit. Total net profit attributable to the parent company in 2023 was IDR 178.24 billion.

The cash dividend will be distributed to MERK’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on June 10, 2024. The dividend payment is scheduled on June 26, 2024. (KR/ZH)
