Consistently improving, RAJA’s dividend soars 139.44%
JAKARTA – The dividend of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) increased 139.44% in the fiscal year (FY) 2023 from FY 2022, following its net profit surge. Since 2021, the profit and dividend allocation of RAJA have shown consistent growth.
Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (3/6), this issuer will allocate dividend of IDR 160.62 billion or IDR 38 per share from its net profit of USD 25.60 million. Unrestricted retained earnings were reported at USD 898.89 million, while total equity clocked up to USD 154.54 million.
The dividend will be paid on June 28, referring to the Official Register of Shareholders on June 6, 2024. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 6 and 7, followed by cum and ex dividend in the cash market on June 10 and 11.
In FY 2022, the allocated dividend was only IDR 67.08 billion, or IDR 15.87 per share, taken out of its net profit of USD 8.82 million. Its retained earnings arrived at USD 68.69 million, and total equity reached USD 133.05 million.
In FY 2021, RAJA allocated dividend of IDR 29.50 billion or IDR 6.98 per share from its net profit of USD 2.25 million. Its retained earnings were USD 62.03 million, and total equity was recorded at USD 125.11 million. (LK/ZH)
