JAKARTA - PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (BPII) is allocating a total dividend of IDR 78.08 billion for the fiscal year (FY) 2023, down 14.42% from FY 2022 dividend of IDR 91.24 billion. Lower amount of dividend is in line with the slippage of its profit last year.

Based on the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (5/6), Jenny Sutio, Corporate Secretary of BPII, mentioned that this total dividend includes interim dividend of FY 2023 of IDR 23.72 billion, paid on October 13, 2023. “The remaining FY 223 dividend that will be distributed is IDR 54.36 billion or IDR 5.5 per share,” Sutio said.

This issuer reported total revenue of IDR 971.23 billion and net profit of IDR 113.76 billion in 223.

In FY 2022, BPII collected revenue of IDR 839.07 billion and net profit of IDR 600.27 billion. Interim dividend was set to IDR 59.79 billion, and cash dividend was IDR 31.44 billion, totalling IDR 61 per share. (LK/ZH)
