JAKARTA - On Monday, June 3, media holding company PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNC Media) released approximately 335.81 million shares of one of its digital media subsidiaries, PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN). This investor released up to 2.5% of his share ownership through PT MNC Sekuritas, leaving it with only 5.5%.

Furthermore, PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia sold 87.10 million shares of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), a company that operates in both domestic and international shipping, via three different securities. Tan John Tanuwijaya's sale of nearly 18 million shares of foundation specialist company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR) was still on the radar of market hints, so was the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia’s sale of 14.01 million shares of construction company PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) or Totalindo. Not to be outdone, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala issued 124,102 shares of its subsidiary, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), which provides financial services.

Regarding share addition, Edwin Soeryadjaya, an individual investor, added 33.30 million shares of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) to his holdings, which was the highest volume this time. PT Arthakencana Rayatama then purchased 3.57 million shares of fuel oil distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA). PT Bogamulia Nagadi then purchased 1.58 million shares of pharmaceutical issuer PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk.

Apart from that, two different issuers continued to record share buyback actions. First, cement producer PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) acquired 10.57 million of its own shares, while coal mining contractor holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) acquired 5 million. (KD)
