JAKARTA – PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk (SPTO) distributes dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 worth IDR 135 billion, relatively stable compared to the dividend for FY 2022. Its net profit reached IDR 254.70 billion in 2023, higher than IDR 206.67 billion seen in 2022.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (7/6), Efendy Gojali, Vice President Director of SPTO, confirmed that the dividend is set to IDR 50 per share, distributed to shareholders representing 2.7 billion shares.

“The dividend includes the interim dividend of IDR 25 per share paid on December 14, 2023, leaving the remaining dividend to be distributed of IDR 25 per share,” Gojali said.

In addition, the remaining net profit is allocated as retained earnings in order to increase working capital.

In 2022, this issuer allocated dividend of IDR 135 billion or IDR 50 per share. The dividend was taken out of its 2022 net profit of IDR 206.67 billion. Meanwhile, retained earnings were IDR 408.74 billion, and total equity was IDR 2.10 trillion. (LK/ZH)
