JAKARTA. PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT), a real estate developer and management, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 330 billion or IDR 24 per share.

Praditya Wibowo, Corporate Secretary of JRPT, mentioned that the cash dividend that will be disbursed by the company is equal to 32.9% of its net profit in 2023. “It follows the result of the Annual GMS on June 4, 2024,” he said in the official statement.

Cash dividend will be paid out to JRPT’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on June 14, 2024. The dividend payment will then take place on July 5, 2024.

For the record, JRPT only channelled cash dividend of IDR 288.75 billion or IDR 21 per share for the fiscal year (FY) 2022. In other words, total dividend allocated for FY 2023 increases 14.3% from 2022.

According to IDNFinancials data, JRPT’s stock price at today’s (7/6) trading session was seen relatively stagnant at IDR 665 per share. Since the beginning of this year, it has shifted down 25 points or 3.62%, whereas within the past year, its stock has increased 145 points or 27.88%. (KR/ZH)
