JAKARTA. PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), a real estate management and developer, is issuing cash dividend of IDR 578 billion or IDR 12 per share for the fiscal year (FY) 2023. 

Said decision had been approved during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on June 10, 2024. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 56.6% of its net profit in 2023 as cash dividend.

Cash dividend had been distributed also by DMAS on December 1, 2023. "It had been paid as interim dividend," claimed the management of DMAS in the official statement.

According to IDNFinancials data, DMAS's cash dividend allocation for FY 2023 increases 19.9% year-on-year (yoy). In FY 2022, the cash dividend was only IDR 491.98 billion or IDR 10 per share.

In addition to dividend allocation, AGMS of DMAS also approved the resignation of Hermawan Wijaya as a director, as well as Teky Mailoa and Takefumi Nishikawa's as their position as vice president commissioners.

Wijaya is then replaced by Monik William, whereas Mailoa and Nishikawa's positions are going to be filled by Hermawan Wijaya and Masayoshi Hirose. (KR/ZH)
