JAKARTA - Reliancever Holdings Inc., a foreign company based in the British Virgin Islands, purchased up to 2.49 billion shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) on Wednesday, June 5. Following this transaction with PT MNC Sekuritas, Reliancever became the newest holder of the financial services company's shares by 5.85%.

PT Wahana Anugerah Sejahtera then purchased 11.92 million shares of telecommunications infrastructure service provider PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG), followed by Low Tuck Kwong, who purchased 75,300 shares in coal mining company PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN). Furthermore, two issuers retained the option of conducting share buybacks this time. PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), a coal mining holding company, repurchased 5 million shares, while PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) purchased 2.38 million shares of its own.
