JAKARTA – The dividend of PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana Tbk (ZYRX) for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 shrank 58.19% compared to the same period in 2022. Smaller amount of dividend is a result of the slowing-down of its net profit in 2023.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (12/6), Timothy Siddik, President Director of ZYRX, confirmed that the company will pay out dividend of IDR 4.93 billion or IDR 3.70 per share from its net profit in 2023 of IDR 32.95 billion. The remaining net profit is set aside as working capital, of IDR 25.51 billion, as well as reserve funds of IDR 2.5 billion.

For comparison, for FY 2022, this laptop manufacturer shared dividend of IDR 11.8 billion or IDR 8.85 per share from IDR 78.62 billion of net profit it recorded in 2022. Then, another IDR 62.82 billion is stored as working capital. The company also budgeted IDR 1.5 billion for corporate social responsibility funds and IDR 2.5 billion for general reserves.

In FY 2022, it distributed dividend of IDR 10.46 billion or IDR 7.85 per share, taken out of its net profit in 2021 of IDR 69.75 billion. Another IDR 53.29 billion was stored as working capital, IDR 2.5 billion for reserves, and IDR 3.48 billion for CSR funds. (LK/ZH)
