JAKARTA. PT Kedoya Adyaraya Tbk (RSGK), the operator of Grha Kedoya Hospital and Grha MM2100 Hospital, will distribute final dividend of IDR 10.22 billion or IDR 11 per share. 

Said plan follows the result of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of RSGK held on June 11, 2024. In said meeting, shareholders also approved the allocation of 38.5% of 2023 net profit as cash dividend. 

Previously, RSGK had also channelled out interim dividend of IDR 13.95 billion or IDR 15 per share in August 2023. Thus, total cash dividend given by the company for the fiscal year 2023 is IDR 24.17 billion or IDR 26 per share.

Agus Rosyadi, Corporate Secretary of RSGK, said that the remaining net profit of 2023 will be stored as retained earnings.

RSGK's final dividend will be given to shareholders listed by the recording date on June 25, 2024. Then, the payment of dividend is due July 9, 2024. 

In 2023, RSGK booked net profit of IDR 25.19 billion, down 3.79% year-on-year (yoy). Meanwhile, its revenue was seen at IDR 373.4 billion, up 3.97% yoy. (KR/ZH)
