JAKARTA - PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA) is distributing final cash dividend of IDR 241.01 billion from the net profit of 2023. The dividend distribution plan was approved during Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held yesterday (14/6).

Quoted from the minutes of AGMS today (14/6), the dividend per share is set to IDR 40, taken out of the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 611.28 billion. Another IDR 500 million is set aside as general reserves, while the remainder is stored as retained earnings.

As of December 2023, this issuer reported retained earnings of IDR 5.87 trillion and total equity of IDR 8.20 trillion.

For the fiscal year 2022, the dividend reached IDR 320.57 billion or IDR 60 per share. From this amount, the allocation consists of interim dividend of IDR 211.07 billion or IDR 40 per share, and cash dividend of IDR 119.20 billion or IDR 20 per share.

The net profit attributable to the parent entity was IDR 800.68 billion in 2022, with retained earnings of IDR 5.36 trillion and total equity of IDR 6.83 trillion. (LK/ZH)
