JAKARTA. PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR), a packaged food manufacturer that has been listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since 1990, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 1.22 trillion.

Yuni Gunawan, Corporate Secretary of MYOR, mentioned that the amount of dividend distributed by the company is equal to 38.5% of its 2023 net profit. “It follows the result of Annual GMS on June 12, 2024,” said Gunawan in the information disclosure.

The cash dividend will be distributed to MYOR’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on June 26, 2024. The cash dividend payment is set to July 11, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, MYOR scored net profit of IDR 3.19 trillion in 2023, which increased 64.44% year-on-year (yoy).

In the meantime, MYOR’s dividend allocation for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 is 57% higher than FY 2022’s dividend allocation, in which the company distributed IDR 782.55 billion. (KR/ZH)
