JAKARTA - PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) will distribute dividend of IDR 83.51 billion in the fiscal year (FY) 2023, up 5.92% from the dividend allocated in FY 2022. Since 2021, its dividend has consistently increased, albeit moderately, from year to year.

Based on IDNFinancials data today (19/6), the issuer distributed IDR 83.51 billion as dividend of IDR 10.91 per share from its net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2023 of IDR 417.60 billion. Its retained earnings were at IDR 3.75 trillion, and total equity reached IDR 5.14 trillion.

The dividend is scheduled to be paid on July 12, referring to the Official Register of Shareholders as of the recording date on June 26. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 24 and 25, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on June 26 and 27.

In FY 2022, it distributed dividend of IDR 78.47 billion or IDR 10.3 per share from its net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2022 of IDR 395.30 billion. Its retained earnings were at IDR 3.42 trillion, and total equity reached IDR 4.75 trillion.

Further back, in FY 2021, MTLA distributed dividend of IDR 65.06 billion or IDR 8.5 per share from its net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2021 of IDR 372.01 billion. Its retained earnings were at IDR 3.09 trillion, and total equity reached IDR 4.10 trillion. (LK/ZH)
