JAKARTA – Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA) distributes dividend of IDR 17 per share for the fiscal year (FY) 2023, down from IDR 19 per share allocated in FY 2022.

In 2023, ERAA booked net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 826 billion, slipping 18.5% year-on-year (yoy), despite its net sales soaring 21.6% yoy to IDR 60.1 trillion.

Net profit decline resulted in the decrease of its dividend per share to IDR 17 per share, the allocation of which has been approved during AGMS today (19/6).

Referring to the listed shares as of May 2024 of 15.95 billion shares, total dividend set in FY 2023 reached roughly IDR 270 billion.

Total dividend is equal to 32% of net profit in 2023. In terms of dividend payout ratio, ERAA actually sets higher ratio from IDR 299.88 billion or 30% of its 2022 net profit.

Referring to ERAA’s stock price, which arrived at IDR 376 per share as of 1.51 PM WIB today (19/6), the indication of dividend yield reaches 4.5%. (ZH)
