JAKARTA - PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk (TBMS) will distribute dividends of US$ 1.83 million in the 2023 financial year or 29.61% of the comprehensive profit of US$ 6.18 million. This dividend value is 25.34% higher than the dividend for the 2022 financial year along with profit growth of 18.27%.

In an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (20/6), Erni Yunita Sari, Corporate Secretary of TBMS said that shareholders approved the use of comprehensive profit for the 2023 financial year for dividends of US$ 0.0025 per share and the remaining US$ 4.34 million as retained earnings.

TBMS sales were recorded at US$ 743.54 million, gross profit was US$ 17.75 million and operating profit was US$ 10.57 million.

In the 2022 financial year, this issuer will distribute dividends of US$ 1.46 million from a comprehensive profit of US$ 5.22 million. The remaining US$ 3.75 million was allocated as retained earnings. This company posted revenue of US$ 722.67 million, gross profit of US$ 14.81 million, and operating profit of US$ 7.82 million.
