JAKARTA - PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM) plans to share dividend of IDR 24.77 billion in fiscal year (FY) 2023 after a year debuting in the stock market on May 8, 2023. The dividend allocation is equal to 24.05% of its net profit.

Sugiri, Corporate Secretary of RAAM, mentioned that shareholders agreed upon 2023 net profit allocation of IDR 102.98 billion. “It will allocate dividend from the company’s profit for the fiscal year 2023 of IDR 4 per share and reserve funds of IDR 30 billion, while IDR 48.20 billion is for retained earnings,” he said in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (20/6).

In 2023, it reported revenue of IDR 399.26 billion, up 24.29% from 2022’s record of IDR 321.84 billion. Gross profit also soared 46.01% year-on-year (yoy) to IDR 238.17 billion from IDR 163.99 billion, while net profit managed to increase 17.24% yoy from IDR 87.29 billion in 2022. Although scoring profit since 2022, it did not distribute any dividend to shareholders. (LK/ZH)
