JAKARTA. PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk (UNIC), an Indonesia-based detergent material manufacturer, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 109.63 billion or IDR 286 per share.

Fifi Afriyanthi, Corporate Secretary of UNIC, mentioned that the cash dividend allocation is equal to 30% of its net profit in 2023. “It follows the result of Annual GMS on June 14, 2024,” she added in the official statement.

According to IDNFinancials data, UNIC booked net profit of USD 22.43 million in 2023. Referring to the currency exchange rate of IDR 16,295 per USD, total cash dividend distributed by UNIC is approximately USD 6.72 million.

The cash dividend will be disbursed to UNIC’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on June 28, 2024. The cash dividend payment is due July 10, 2024.

As of now, 36.35% of UNIC is under the control of PT Aspirasi Luhur. Then, another 11.39% belong to PT Alas Pusaka, 10.34% to PT Salim Chemicals Corpora, 5.96% to PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS), and 35.96% to public investors. (KR/ZH)
