JAKARTA. PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk (BELI), the owner of e-commerce platform Blibli.com, has reportedly acquired Dekoruma with a transaction value of IDR 1.16 trillion. 

With this acquisition, BELI will gain 26,167 series C shares of PT Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari (DIL) or equal to 99.83% of its shares. Those shares were bought from Dekoruma Pte. Ltd. (DPL).

According to IDNFinancials data, DPL is a company established by the owner of Dekoruma, Dimas Harry Priawan and Aruna Harsa Njotohardjo, with ownership percentage of 21.78% and 28.49% each, respectively. In addition, DPL is also owned by several renowned ventures, namely PT OCBC NISP Ventura, Beenext1, Woori Venture, Ondine Sea VCC, and Evergreen Hill Enterprise.

The management of BELI claims that the acquisition of Dekoruma is meant to boost the company's business performance, especially in home and living industry. "It is in line with the company's attempt to adjust and align online and offline channels," added the management of BELI. 

As of March 31, 2024, BELI also reported cash and cash equivalent of IDR 3.61 trillion, while its total assets clocked up to IDR 14.89 trillion, and its equity was IDR 8.20 trillion. (KR/ZH)
