Capital deficiency detected, IDX to monitor 11 issuers closely
JAKARTA – Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) puts 11 issuers under close monitoring due to capital deficiencies recorded in issued Financial Reports as of June 21. These issuers will be added into the long list of specially monitored issuers of IDX within the past three years since July 2021.
Based on data compiled by IDNFinancials today (24/6), the issuers under IDX’s special monitoring list include PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk (POSA), PT Siwani Makmur Tbk (SIMA), PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (BTEL), PT Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS), PT Cowell Development Tbk (COWL), PT Envy Technologies Indonesia Tbk (ENVY), PT Asia Pasific Investama Tbk (MYTX), PT Lima Indonesia Makmur Tbk (LMAS), PT Capitalink Investama Tbk (MTFN), PT Intan Baru Prana Tbk (IBFN), and PT HK Metals Utama Tbk (HKMU).
Within the past three years, since July 19, 2021, there have been 224 issuers monitored closely due to various factors, including low liquidity rate with average daily transaction value of below IDR 5 million and average transaction volume of less than 10,000 shares in three months, zero revenue, under Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) lawsuit, bankruptcy, and cancellation of homologated agreement.
