Equity deemed sufficient, ADHI to pay maturing bonds of IDR 473.5 billion
JAKARTA - PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) pays off its Series B of Shelf-Registration Bond II Phase II Year 2019 worth IDR 473.5 billion. Its equity clocked up to IDR 9.23 trillion as of Q1 2024.
Rozi Sparta, Corporate Secretary of ADHI, mentioned that the bondholder will receive payment due June 25, 2024, which was recorded in Indonesia Central Securities Depository by the recording date on June 19. “The fund source of this bond payment is internal cash of the company,” he added in the press release quoted Monday (24/6).
According to Sparta, this 2019 bond payment, which was paid timely and accordingly, is a proof of the company’s commitment to bondholders. In addition, this payment is intended to optimise the company’s performance.
As of March 2024, ADHI reported total assets of IDR 40.21 trillion, consisting of current assets of IDR 28.50 trillion and non-current assets of IDR 11.71 trillion. Total liabilities clocked up to IDR 30.97 trillion, including short-term liabilities of IDR 24.72 trillion and long-term liabilities of IDR 6.25 trillion.
This company booked revenue of IDR 2.63 trillion in Q1 2024, declining from IDR 2.66 trillion seen in the same period in 2023. Its gross profit also went down to IDR 226.63 billion from IDR 333.41 billion, while net profit attributable to the parent entity increased to ID 10.15 trillion from IDR 8.45 billion. (LK/ZH)
