JAKARTA. PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA), a real estate developer and management company, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 148.57 billion or IDR 9 per share for the fiscal year (FY) 2023.

Jemmy Kusnadi, Corporate Secretary of SMRA, the amount of dividend allocation is equal to 19% of 2023 net profit. "It follow the result of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 20, 2024," he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). 

The cash dividend will be disbursed to SMRA's shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on July 2, 2024. The cash dividend payment is then due July 19, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, SMRA scored net profit of IDR 765.96 billion in 2023. At the end of the year, it also recorded unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 877.74 billion and total equity of IDR 12.3 trillion.

At yesterday's (24/6) trading session, SMRA's share price declined 5 points or 0.99% to IDR 500 per share. Since the beginning of this year, its stock has actually shifted 85 points or 14.53% down, while I'm the past year, the price has plummeted 170 points or 25.37%. (KR/ZH)
