JAKARTA. PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) and PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte) have signed a loan facility agreement worth USD 130 million from MUFG Bank Ltd., Jakarta Branch.

Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), confirmed that said agtrement was signed on June 20, 2024. In said agreement, Protelindo and Iforte, both entities under TOWR, are said to grant tenor of 36 months for said loan facility. 

Irawan then also mentioned that the facility will be used for general corporate financing needs of Protelindo and Iforte, as the debtors. "It includes debt refinancing of related debtors," she said in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). 

“Protelindo and Iforte have a joint responsibility for the payment of all obligations, according to the Facility Agreement," said Irawan. 

According to IDNFinancials data, Protelindo recorded total assets before elimination of IDR 48.68 trillion as of March 31, 2024. On the other hand, Iforte reported total assets before elimination worth IDR 13.71 trillion. (KR/ZH)
